SOA was formed because private clients were being asked to hold together four or five suppliers — a security company, a chauffeur firm, a charter broker, a concierge and an IT consultant — none of whom spoke to each other, and all of whom knew a piece of the picture.
We built a single operator instead. One relationship, one standard, one set of people who hold your preferences and your risk picture together, and who are accountable for the whole journey rather than a segment of it.
Our name reflects the discipline behind it: Sentinelle — the watch that is kept quietly, consistently and without fuss.

Where are you based?
London base, global reach. Ground teams and vetted partners are used in the cities our clients travel to most.
Who are your clients?
Private individuals and families, family offices, corporate leadership teams, and visiting principals. We do not discuss clients — including with other clients.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. We regularly integrate with in-house security, household staff, family offices and existing suppliers.
